We don't build the Hudson Valley from the outside. We live here — and we build the way a resident would.

Nevel Ridge Development isn't a traditional developer. We live in the Hudson Valley and build where we live — among our own neighbors — which changes how we work. We site carefully, partner with serious architects and builders, and measure success in homes that belong here for the long term, not in how quickly they turn.

We are small and hands-on by choice. We take on few projects, and we see each one through with a resident's standard of care.

RidgeVale introduces three new residences along a single ridgeline in Stone Ridge — set within meadow, forest, and open sky, and shaped by recorded conservation buffers that preserve the character of the land. Its architecture, ValeHaus, is designed by INC Architecture & Design to defer to the ridge rather than impose on it.
